The 300-hour advanced teacher training is a fully residential course builds upon the fundamental concepts taught in the 200-hour TTC for deepening your understanding and practice. This intensive and alignment-based course is designed for yoga teachers with RYT 200 designation which prepares you to teach principles and techniques of yoga that are more advanced than those taught in the 200-hour TTC. In this course, all the components of Hatha Yoga such as Asana, Pranayama, Mudra, Bandha and Shatkarma are discussed at deeper level . The most important aspect of this course is that it prepares an individual to step up into higher levels of yoga such as RAJA YOGA, KRIYA YOGA , KUNDALINI YOGA etc. The course lets one know what lies further beyond and allows one to gain more experience to be not only a more experienced and knowledgeable Yoga teacher but also a sincere Yoga individual.
The entire teacher training is the assessment of the students at all levels including practical and written tests. At the successful completion of the course an aspirant will be conferred upon a certificate indicating that the aspirant is qualified to impart the techniques in which he or she has been trained.
On successful completion of the course every student will be awarded the 300 Hours Teacher Training Course certificate accredited by YOGA ALLIANCE USA and YOGA ALLIANCE INTERNATIONAL
28 Days – The total duration for this course is 28 days excluding the day of arrival.
The course is open to everyone who completed 200 Hours Yoga TTC and should be able to read write and speak English effectively as it is the medium of the course. Physical and mental fitness is mandatory. In case if there any health issues ,candidate must provide the information and history as directed in the application form.
Natural will and commitment to undergo the 28 days intensive training with discipline in order to imbibe the knowledge of Yoga.
300 Hours Hatha Yoga teacher training course incorporates a variety of topics. All these topics come under these following heads –
It incorporates several practices of Hatha Yoga which students will study in the Yoga teacher training course. They are
Hatha Yoga series of various asana from standing, supine, prone – (backward, forward, spine twist), inversion, balance and advance asanas for greater experiences.
Pre-reminding the techniques for correction of breath, breathing to heat and energise, breathing to balancing, breathing to cool and harmonise. Altogether 12 classical Pranayama to be experienced.
Specific, selected and important gesture to affect energy in body.
Four important locks to block the flow of energy in body.
Cleansing exercises for body and mind as per the classical principles of Hatha Yoga
Consistent and advanced practices of Asana , Pranayama and Shatkarmas leads the practitioner to enter into higher level such as Prathyahara, Dharana and Dhyana.
This is a combination of complex topics such as designing Yoga class, how to teach different practices of Yoga, how to be good Yoga teacher, ethical guidelines, develop communication skills, time management, principles of demonstration, assistance, awareness, correction, styles of teaching, specific needs of individuals in a Yoga class and business aspects of Yoga teaching etc.
Modern Human anatomy and Physiology (Nervous System, Cardiovascular System, Digestive System, Reproductive System and Endocrine System ).
Yoga Human anatomy and Physiology (discussion on composition of Human body according to Yoga and their relation to the study of human body in modern study – Discussion on 3 Bodies, 5 elements, 5 Koshas, Nadis, Chakra and Kundalini.
Holistic approach of Yoga (Learning how system of Yoga needs to be incorporated to affect the internal organs for substantial experience of internal and external peace and harmony).
Overview of description of the term Philosophy, Yoga, Vedas, Samkhya Philosophy, Hinduism – a way of living, true sense of the term “religion”, little reflection on the life story of great Gurus of different parts of the world, Yogic Lifestyle, Ethics for a Yoga Teacher, Ethical guidelines as an individual and as a Yoga teacher, Yoga Sutra of Patanjali full study.
Practice of teaching different practices in groups as the lead instructor, observe and assist while others teaching, focus on specific practices and compiling feedback etc.

The course fee is 3000 Euro
The Course Fee includes accommodation and required vegetarian food for 29 nights, text books, a note book, a pen, a new Yoga mat, Jala neti pot, education, private consultation etc.
The fee does not include Flight tickets, airport Pickups and drop backs, day tours, tours after and before course, any other transport costs and students’ personal expense in miscellaneous ways.
